Detroit outreach workers assist CITI Camp students

DETROIT – Last week, Detroit Youth Violence Prevention Initiative (DYVPI) outreach workers delivered food to the families of students in Detroit Police Department’s CITI (Children in Trauma Intervention) Camp program. These students were from Pulaski Middle School and were so appreciative of the home visit and gift!

The Detroit Public Safety Foundation regularly works with DYVPI and DPD on projects like this one, which directly supports students in Detroit. People interested in more information or want to donate to the Safety Foundation can go to www.detroitpublicsafety.org
