Carjacking

Preliminary on March 14, 2020 at approximately 2:30 a.m., in the area of 1 East State Fair, the 53-year old male victim was approached by the suspect. The suspect assaulted him, took his black 2016 Jeep Compass and escaped. The victim was transported by medics to a local hospital and was listed in temp-serious condition. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. Non-Fatal Shooting

Preliminary on March 15, 2020 at approximately 11:20 p.m., in the 18400 block of Fenmore, the 21-year old male victim was inside of his white 2014 Chevy Impala when shots were fired in the area, striking the victim’s vehicle. The victim then drove to the area of Curtis and Mansfield where he struck a 2017 Hyundia. The driver of the Hyundia was arrested for outstanding warrants. The victim was transported to a local hospital by medics. Originally, it was believed the victim was shot, but that was not the case. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. Critical Assault

Preliminary on March 15, 2020 at approximately 5:20 p.m., in the 3700 of block of Nottingham, the 39-year old male victim met up with the suspects. The suspects assaulted the victim, took an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency and his older model Ford Explorer. The victim was transported to a local hospital by medics and was listed in critical condition. Suspect #1 is described as a black male, approximately in his 50’s, 5’4”-5’5” in height, brown complexion, and was last seen wearing a brown hooded sweater and blue jeans. Suspect #2 is described as a black male, in his 50’s, approximately 200 lbs., brown complexion, bald, and was last seen wearing an unknown colored hooded sweater and blue jeans. Suspect #3 is described as a black male, in his 60’s, light complexion, with a pony tail. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. Double Non-Fatal Shooting

Preliminary on March 15, 2020 at approximately 11:15 p.m., in the 400 of block of Dix, an altercation occurred outside of a night club. Shots were fired by unknown suspect(s). A 27-year old male victim received a grazed wound to the body. Victim #2, male, 33-years old, was shot and is in critical condition. Both were conveyed to a local hospital by medics.
