Arson

Preliminary on January 30, 2020 at approximately 2:47 a.m. in the 14200 block of Mayfield, an unknown suspect threw an object inside of the house at the location, catching it on fire. Four victims were able to escape, however, a male victim, 41-years old, was discovered deceased inside of the location. Double Non-fatal shooting

Preliminary on January 30, 2020 at approximately 3:00 a.m. in the 15700 block of Stout, a verbal altercation ensued between two female neighbors. The 71-year old suspect allegedly then struck the 55-year old female victim with object. The victim (a CPL holder) fired a shot, striking the suspect. The suspect, also a CPL holder, fired a shot striking the victim. The victim was conveyed to a local hospital by medics and is listed in temp-serious condition. The suspect was also conveyed to a local hospital and is in critical condition. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. Non-fatal shooting

Preliminary on January 30, 2020 at approximately 4:05 a.m. in the 18400 block of Blackmoor, the 22-year old male victim was walking when a white newer model Buick pulled up. Three unknown suspects, wearing masks, exited and one of the suspects fired a shot, striking the victim. He was privately conveyed to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. Home Invasion/Non-fatal shooting

Preliminary on January 31, 2020 at approximately 12:30 a.m. in the 14300 block of Cresent Dr., the 20-year old male suspect attempted to break into the location when the victim, 33-year old female, fired shots, striking the suspect. He was arrested and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated.
