Homicide 

Preliminary on January 22, 2020 at approximately 4:15 a.m. in the area of W. Outer Drive and West Brook, an unknown suspect allegedly shot a male victim, then set him on fire. Afterwards, the suspect fled in a light color minivan heading south on W. Outer Drive. The Suspect is described as a black male wearing a gray hoodie, driving a light color mini van, armed.
