FATAL VEHICLE ACCIDENT
Preliminary on January 1, 2020, at approximately 9:05 p.m. in the area of W. Outer Dr. & Lindsay, the driver (John Doe male, 40s) of a white ’97 Pontiac Grand Am was traveling south on Lindsay and collided with the driver (18-year old male) of a black 2010 Mercury Milan that was traveling west on W. Outer Dr. The driver of the Pontiac was pronounced deceased at scene by Medics. The driver of the Mercury along with his passenger (17-year old female) were transported to the hospital for treatment. Their conditions are pending. The circumstances surrounding this incident are still being investigated. FATAL STABBING
Preliminary on January 1, 2020 at approximately 9:30 p.m. in the 7300 block of Churchill, the Suspect (25-year old male) and 24-year old female victim got into an argument that turned physical, resulting in the suspect allegedly stabbing the victim and the victim allegedly stabbing the suspect. The suspect was conveyed to the hospital by medics but unfortunately expired. The victim was transported to the hospital by officers, and listed in temporary serious condition. VEHICLE ACCIDENT/FIRE
Preliminary on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at approximately 3:39 a.m. in the 14300 block of Livernois, an unknown suspect(s) drove a white older model GMC Yukon into a vacant store located in the strip mall of the location. Once inside, the vehicle caught fire and ignited. The fire department responded and extinguished the fire. No suspect description at this time. No injuries reported.
